Group coaching is a mixture of self-led coursework and internal self-empowerment accompanied by guided group coaching session on empowerment self-defense to help facilitate and master what you have studied in the course series.

Group coaching provides a supportive community among your peers and colleagues as well as an opportunity to explore your own empowerment journey through weekly calls. Curriculum is catered to each group based on their needs and desired area of instruction.

Empowerment Self-Defense Group Coaching

Private One-On-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching provides the greatest level of support for those wanting to elevate themselves through guided help in their empowerment journey. These sessions are catered to each client. It also offers a road map and step-by-step process, along with accountability and a transformative experience. Topics we can cover are Trauma-Release, Somatic Movements for Healing, EMDR, Self-Care Plan, Life Coaching, Empowerment Self-Defense, Psychological First Aid, Boundary Setting, De-Escalation, and more!

We will take a deep dive into where you are, glean an understanding of where you’ve been, and create a process to get you where you want to be, release what’s holding you back from your greatest achievements and goals.

"Aloha! Empowerment Self-Defense is a 40-year evidence-based curriculum focused on utilizing violence prevention strategies for women and vulnerable populations. It provides individuals with the tools they need to interrupt violence when it is happening and to act if needed. This is not a martial arts class. This workshop goes over the mental and emotional aspects behind an attack, as well as the physical. Participants learn boundary setting, de-escalation tactics, and how to verbally navigate an adverse situation and address an instigator of bullying or harassment. Join me for my online self defense classes & empowerment course focusing on counters to common attacks people face everyday! Below are descriptions of each class.”


Empower YOUR Healing

Empowerment Healing is a private session, non-traditional and worked with a combination of healing styles. We take time tapping into your inner most thoughts and changing narratives which are no longer serving you. It requires visualization, writing, and breath work. Those interested must be committed to doing the work and willing to face their own vulnerabilities. In these vulnerabilities can lie our greatest strengths. We look at:

  • Understanding Your Energy Level

  • Creating a Self-Care Plan

  • Creating a Morning Routine

  • Offering Guided Meditation, Stress-Reducing Exercises and Trauma-Informed Techniques, as Needed.

Women’s/Self-Empowerment Workshop

 

Learn more on body image, self-esteem, how to set clear boundary, and how to de-escalate situations. Do scenario-based learning and find new ways to address adverse situations. Learn new habits and look at ways to support your dreams. Clients will walk away with:

Tasha’s course is extremely informative and thorough. I appreciated the breakdowns of seeing Tasha do the move on someone, having someone else do the move, and then Tasha solo making sure you see all details and aspects of the moves. Her homework assignments and questions were extremely helpful, encouraging people to question safety planning at home. The course was helpful being broken down into multiple classes that you can revisit to practice. I am a trauma specialized mental health therapist. I cannot stress enough, the importance of safety training and education as a way to navigate the emotions with situations associated with trauma. The result is becoming empowered again.
